SchoolMi is a web-based solution specifically designed for managing pupil registration information across multiple sites.

At the heart of the system is a customisable user database which holds details of pupils, classes, timetables and attendance.

Teachers have access to an easy-to-use interface which allows them to record attendance from the classroom, and make comments on individual pupils’ performance in the class. This means that registration and pupil information submitted from separate sites can be accessed and used immediately by the central administrators.

As the system is web-based, it can be viewed or updated from any location within the school partnership, or indeed from any location with access to the internet, for example, a field trip or away day where the teacher has a laptop and wireless internet access or even from home.

FeedbackAnywhere is a powerful data-gathering tool which allows schools to conduct and interpret surveys via the internet.

The questionnaires can be embedded in the school’s website, or simply linked to from the site. This has the dual advantage of convenience for users, and generation of traffic through the school website.

It only takes minutes to set up a survey using the simple online interface, and once this is done, the target group can begin filling in the questionnaires over the internet.
Once the survey has come to an end, the results can be viewed online, or with one click can be exported to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for further interpretation.

The results can only be viewed by those individuals who have access to the school’s unique username and password.
